Training and Development Certificate Program

Training and Human Resource professionals can now earn a Training Clinic Training and Development Certificate in each of nine competencies and:

The Training Clinic reviewed the competencies for training and development professionals recommended by the American Society for Training and Development and the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction. Presentation Skills Certificate*:

5 total workshop days required:

"How to Design Effective Training Programs" (2 days)
"Survival Skills for the New Trainer" (1 day)

 

Certified e-Training Facilitator (CEF)*

3 public workshops and a self-paced learning day required:

Public Workshops

"How To Present Training With Impact!" (2 days)
"Facilitation Skills for Trainers/Team Leaders" (1 day)
"Make Adult Learning Come to Life" (1 day)
and
Completion of a self-paced, 3-hour recorded workshop (8 hours to complete)  
and
Successful completion of a test

 

Certified Training Presenter*:

5 total workshop days required, selected from:

"Survival Skills for the New Trainer" (1 day)
"Facilitation Skills For Trainers And Team Leaders" (1 day)

Certified Instructional Systems Designer*:

4 total workshop days required, selected from:
