over ten years The Training Clinic conducted public, open-enrollment
train-the-trainer conferences and administrative support conferences
semi-annually. The conferences were very popular because participants
could fashion their own training day and select the topics of immediate
need and interest.
With
over 69 ninety minute topics to choose from (38 for training
professionals and 31 for administrative support and general management
employees), you, as the organizer, can tailor the on-site conference
content to the needs of your organization and individual personnel.
Now,
we offer our experience, skilled Master Trainers and content to fashion a
customized, on-site conference to meet your organization's requirements.
Our
Learning Approach
We believe in learning by doing, not just by listening.
All of our conference breakout or general sessions require a high level of participation by the learner. Transfer of skills to the workplace is stressed by action planning during each
session.
