a one-day workshop
This workshop helps develop on-the-job training techniques to improve employee performance.  Uses the 4 step method of instruction (plan, present, try-out performance and follow-up evaluation).  Identify the strengths and weaknesses of your style by teaching a sample lesson.  Identify what helps others learn.  Apply adult learning concepts in a non-threatening manner.
