EXPECTED OUTCOMES

At the end of the training, the participant will be able to:  

1.  Explain the concepts of honesty, dependability and resourcefulness.
2. Identify how to manage yourself effectively. 
3. Identify empowerment and when to use it.
4. Identify a personal influencing style.
5.  Practice a method of assertively and honestly communicating with others.
6. Use seven strategies to adjust your attitude for greater success.
7.  Create an action plan.
