LEADERSHIP STYLE
a one-day workshop

This workshop helps you judge the effectiveness of your current style. Identify how to improve your effectiveness by expanding your style in light of:  1) the competence of the subordinate and 2) the subordinate’s commitment to the current situation.  Styles explored include directing, coaching, supporting, and delegating as approaches to leadership.  Learn how to model skills you want to develop in others.  There is a materials fee of $15 for this workshop.
