Survival Skills for the New Supervisor helps the new supervisor adopt the appropriate perspective.  Build confidence by redefining your role, analyze your communication style, handle issues in an assertive, not aggressive manner. Handle manipulative employees successfully and identify new stressors and how to deal with them successfully.  There is a materials fee of $10 for this workshop.
