IS THIS WORKSHOP RIGHT FOR YOU?
The Training Clinic offers a series of one-day and two-day
workshops that are narrowly targeted at a specific audience. Each workshop explores a topic in depth at either a beginning, intermediate or advanced level. The following descriptions may be helpful in deciding which Training Clinic workshop

combined by The Training Clinic, for no additional cost to you, to create
a "custom" workshop to meet your specific needs.
Workshops for Instructors:
Survival Skills For the New Trainer

Many part-time as well as full-time instructors attend this workshop. If you have been conducting training for more than one year, you may have developed these skills through experience and would benefit from a more challenging workshop.
How To Present Training With Impact!

Limited experience is not a barrier to success in this workshop. Frequent participants include those who have been training without the benefit of a formal train-the-trainer workshop.
Facilitation Skills for Trainers and Team Leaders
is a fast-paced one-day workshop. For trainers, it is suggested that you attend either or both of the workshops above before attending this program. For trainers with minimal experience, a resource section is offered on basic skills as a part of the handout material for this workshop. Team Leaders who attend this training to develop skills as part of a quality improvement process will benefit from attending this session. Application of facilitation skills is suggested for both the classroom and team meetings.
