a two-day workshop

Practice effective facilitation and group process skills.  Identify the five stages of team development.  Use listening skills, paraphrasing, asking basic and follow-up questions, how to form groups and achieve the learning objective efficiently.  Applications for this workshop are in TQM facilitation and problem solving sessions for new and continuing teams.
