HOW TO DESIGN TECHNICAL TRAINING
a two-day workshop

Several types of needs analysis are developed to help uncover real training needs in the organization.  Needs are translated to learning objectives.  How to select training methods, write case studies and evaluate training are strong components of this workshop that follows a traditional Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model.  Examples are customized to the client’s technical processes.

Tips for writing demonstrations and skills practice
 How to develop job aids and checklists
Developing media support to technical training sessions
When to develop 3 types of lesson plans
 Develop lesson plans for others to use easily
Use a 15-point lesson plan checklist

At the end of the training, the employee will be able to:
