Angelina is a Training and Development Manager with more than 17 years of progressive experience with leading global financial firms, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen, in Latin America and Training Clinic Partner for the Andean Region. She has proven expertise developing and rendering training services across a wide range of industries.  

Angelina’s accomplishments include developing a successful Education Division for Arthur Andersen in Bogotá, Colombia, and transforming it into a no-cost center by marketing programs to clients in Latin America. At Ernst & Young, she established and developed a training function that successfully aligned programs with business needs centralizing Tax, Audit, IT curricula, a mentoring program, performance appraisal processes and in-house English / Spanish language programs. 

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs in multiple languages, Angelina is a native speaker of Spanish and English, and fluent in French.
