QUALITY CONTROL OF TRAINING

                                 (a one-day workshop)

Identify 14 core instructor competencies, evaluate the effectiveness of instructors, subject matter experts and TQM facilitators. Diagnose training program deficiencies and develop strategies to improve training. Monitor and evaluate existing training with trend analysis and identify and implement quality improvement measures.


WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

At the end of the training, you will be able to:

  1. Monitor and evaluate existing training programs for quality
  2. Identify how to maintain training program effectiveness
  3. Find mentors in your training department
  4. Assess the quality of an instructor's skills
  5. Create a performance plan to improve an instructor's skills
  6. Use coaching and counseling techniques to improve an instructor's skills
