HOW TO DESIGN
TECHNICAL TRAINING

                                   (a two-day workshop)

Several types of needs analysis are developed to help uncover real training needs in the organization. Needs are translated to learning objectives. How to select training methods, write case studies and evaluate training are strong components of this workshop that follows a traditional Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model. Examples are customized to the client’s technical processes.
