(a one-day workshop)
Those new to training will be helped to identify transition skills, how to build confidence, handle difficult learners and develop listening and questioning techniques to feel more comfortable in the classroom.
Facilitation Skills For Trainers and Team Leaders
(a one day workshop)
Practice effective facilitation and group process skills. Listening, paraphrasing, asking basic and follow-up questions, how to form groups and achieve the learning objective efficiently. Applications for this workshop are in TQM facilitation and problem solving sessions.
How To Present Training With Impact!
Essentials of adult learning and how to make training "come to life" are covered. Other topics include climate setting, selective lecturing, how to increase participation, improve discussions, role plays and demonstrations. During this highly interactive workshop you teach a 5-minute lesson to a partner and get feedback on your natural teaching style. Special techniques to relate to mature learners are developed along with appropriate audiovisual support.
How to Present Training With Impact!
(three days, with video)A third day is added to the two-day version of this workshop to give the participants extra practice and an opportunity to give a videotaped presentation that applies the techniques taught in the first two days. Feedback and redesign are included on the third day.
