Founded in 1977 in Southern California, our core business is training trainers: how to manage the learning and development function, how to design effective learning, how to facilitate training with impact…the whole train-the-trainer process. Of course, we also practice what we preach and offer a full range of professional development courses as well.
We have trained over 170,000 people on five continents with the help of our phenomenal team of 16 Certified Master Trainers located across the US and three International Licensees.
